Site

This site is a North hillside that slopes from the North down to the South.  It is heavy mature timber, mostly white and red oak with some hickory, cedar, dogwood and others.  The site also has large heavy sandstone rocks above and below the surface.

My wife and I are thinking seriously about building a timber frame / SIP home in SW Columbia.  We will be doing a fair amount of the finish work ourselves and building with our own funds so we can take whatever time we need to finish out the interior.  I hope to see your home in the next week or so...it looks great.
